    Register each customer as an organization

    Your root organization keeps customers as child organizations. Each customer's data stays isolated — your team accesses everything, the customer's team accesses only their own.

    Link assets to a contract

    When you install equipment at a customer site, the asset moves to the "Leased out" status. Automatic snapshots record the configuration at the moment of delivery.

  3. 3

    Customer opens tickets through the portal

    Your customer accesses an external portal to open requests about their own equipment. Your team responds, records history, and meets the contracted SLA.

    Recurring billing per equipment

    Contracts with monthly value per asset, automatic cycles (monthly, quarterly, custom), indexed adjustments, and implementation billed separately. Available from the Professional plan.
